Airport Lighting Retrofit, Dublin

NuLumenTek has worked in partnership with Dublin Airport since 2012. Together with the Asset Management team we designed bespoke retrofit lighting solutions, to transition the entire T2 building to energy efficient LED lighting.

Our designs ensured that the lighting housings could be maintained – reducing waste, and protecting the originial design intent of T2. The retrofit covered all locations throughout T2 – check in, retail concourse, food court, piers, lounges, baggage hall, customs hall and the arrivals area.

The projects delivered a rapid pay back for Dublin Airport and we continue to work with them to retrofit the rest of their estate – with many locations throughout T1, car parks, hangars and even stand lighting.

Every possible lighting application has been retrofitted over the past 10 years including, baggage handling, baggage reclaim, check in, food courts, lounges, hangars, aprons, roads, car parks, bus shelters, washrooms, offices, plantrooms, walk ways, retail, piers, stand signage and emergency signage.
